We are looking for caring people that are able and willing to make a difference, by supporting senior citizens and vulnerable people living in their own homes with activities of daily living. A positive and can do attitude is essential. No experience necessary as full training will be given.
The induction training is comprehensive and includes a full quality briefing and takes up to two weeks. All healthcare workers receive mandatory training updates regularly with the aim to qualify at NVQ Level 3.
