We are looking for caring people that are able and willing to make a difference, by supporting senior citizens and vulnerable people living in their own homes with activities of daily living. A positive and can do attitude is essential. No experience necessary as full training will be given.
Requirements include:
- a valid driving licence (able & willing to drive is an advantage)
- good verbal and written communication skills
- clear DBS or Police Clearance [if applying from outside UK]
- positive references
- Experience in a health and social care setting is an advantage. We however offer comprehensive training during induction.
- Qualifications in NVQ's in Health and Social Care are an advantage; or willing to train.

Our Staff
The induction training is comprehensive and includes a full quality briefing and takes up to two weeks. All healthcare workers receive mandatory training updates regularly with the aim to qualify at NVQ Level 3.
